Summer Cross Country Base Camp 6/14/21 - 7/21/21

Are you an incoming freshman through senior in high school? Do you need help training over the summer to prepare for the cross country season? Look no further! At Running Marin, you will get personalized coaching over this six-week training cycle that you are not used to. Wayne’s attention to detail is second to none and he will listen to your goals and help to hit those goals on your way to a successful cross country season.

The Cross Country Summer base program is 6 weeks and we meet every Monday and Wednesday from 3:15 pm - 4:45 pm. We group up, do our warm-up together, drills, main workout, cooldown, stretching, and then a core session to wrap it up.

We go to beautiful places like Tennessee Valley, Phoenix Lake, San Geronimo Valley, etc.

Working out in a group is the way to go! You will never get the same type of training working solo as you would in a group.
